Olve Utne (b. 1965), Cand.philol. (graduate degree) in Musicology with main weight on ethnomusicology from the University of Oslo, Norway; undergrad. degree (Cand.mag.) also includes Linguistics (equiv. 37.5 US credits), Lexicography and Nordic languages. Bureaucrat on Nynorsk Wikipedia, where we passed 15,000 articles in the spring of 2006 after under two years in existence. :-)
