I am reasonably familiar with Minnesota politics. The contributions of this individual, if he really exists, probably are limited to paying the filing fees for elections and turning up to a few public venues where he gets to attempt to get his ideas out to the voters.
Giving him space on Wikipedia detracts from Wikipedia. I would recommend that you delete this entry. (edit)

If Mr. Savior's graduation year (1967) is correct, he graduated from Marshall High School (Minneapolis) as a member of the last class to graduate before the school merged with University High School, creating Marshall-University High School beginning in September 1968. I am in the process of creating an article about the combined high school, as well as for the two separate schools which will redirect to the M-U article. Assistance is welcome...
