I am reasonably familiar with Minnesota politics. The contributions of this individual, if he really exists, probably are limited to paying the filing fees for elections and turning up to a few public venues where he gets to attempt to get his ideas out to the voters.

Giving him space on Wikipedia detracts from Wikipedia. I would recommend that you delete this entry.
