[edit] Type of Tank question

What are those tanks you usually see near Oil Depot or refineries that have cylinder shaped cage surrounding it and the cage usually rises about 30-50 feet higher than the top of the tank itself? What is the purpose for this cage? --96.240.63.134 (talk) 19:19, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
