[edit] 2003 truncation

I got the 0.92-mile measurement of the former routing from the 2003 version of the Traffic Survey Report, and the decommission date from the SLD Muskingum County 2006 county update. The 2006 official Muskingum County map may also be of use. Mapsax 19:57, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
