State Route 797 is a north-south state highway in the east-central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at the U.S. Route 22/U.S. Route 40 concurrency about 6 miles east of Zanesville, and its northern terminus is at Interstate 70 about a quarter of a mile north. The route once continued 0.92 miles south to Zanesville Municipal Airport, but was turned over to Muskingum County on April 3, 2003.
