State Route 385 is an east-west state highway in the western portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at U.S. Route 33 in New Hampshire – this is also the southern terminus of State Route 196 – and its eastern terminus is at State Route 117 in the village of Roundhead, approximately 6½ miles northwest of Belle Center.
