The 10000 series HiSE (High-decker/High-grade/High-level Super Express) EMU is used on the Odakyu Electric Railway, in the Tokyo area of Japan.

The 10000 HiSE travels mainly between Shinjuku Station (Tōkyō) and Hakone-Yumoto Station (about 88 km).

Sets number 2 and 3 were transferred to the Nagano Electric Railway in 2006 after being converted to 4-car 1000 series sets at Nippon Sharyo.
