I think the structure of the following sentence needs to be improved, possibly split into two. --Peter Campbell 05:25, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

The beach is located between Condado and Isla Verde beaches and thanks to that this is an essentially tranquil, tree-lined street residential neighbourhood, it still conserves good examples of single family homes from the decades between 1930 and 1950. Small Bed & Breakfast Inns which blend in with the residential community also dot the area.
