We have specific and particular guidelines regarding how to write a biography. Please take some time to read Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies). You can use it to make Karen Vigneault a better article.

Also, please do not lift text from other places and put them in Wikipedia articles - even if you cite the reference. Long, lengthy quotes are not very useful to the Wikipedia project.

Just to chime in, Karen Vigneault and Harlan Pruden are definitely in danger of being deleted outright since they don't seem to satisfy Wikipedia's Notability Guidelines. Take a look through those to see how to make a great article.
