NTPC Dadri is a small township located in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is located about 24 km from Ghaziabad and about 10 km from Dadri. NTPC dadri is a branch of National Thermal Power Limited, which is a public sector now.
It's a total 5 km area over all.

NTPC Dadri has two shopping centrers and the Silver Jubilee Park (formerly known as Central Park). It also has a helipad for landing of small helicopter.[citation needed] There is a sports stadium inside the campus which is equipped with floodlights for day/night internal tournaments.
NTPC Dadri has three schools inside the campus namely
- KENDRIYA VIDYALA
- DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL
- DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL
Inside the campus there are a temple, a church, and a gurudwara and within range of campus a mosque. It is peaceful place with lots of greenery of plants, trees and flowers.[citation needed] There are two clubs inside the boundary: VRC known as widyut nagar recreation centre and NTPC CLUB. there are two gyms with latest machines.

NTPC Dadri has a power plant inside the campus of which there are one thermal plant and one gas plant each of 840 MW and 817 MW respectively. Upgration of these plants is going on to increase 980 MW capacity for Commonwealth Games which are going to held in 2009 in New Delhi.
