Novlene Williams (born April 26, 1982 in Saint Ann, Jamaica) is a track and field athlete, competing internationally for the Jamaica. She was a bronze medalist in the 4x400m relay at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.
At the 2005 World Championships in Athletics she won (together with Shericka Williams, Ronetta Smith and Lorraine Fenton) a silver medal. At the 2006 Commonwealth Games she won a bronze medal over 400 metres.
She studies Commercial Recreation and Hospital Management at University of Florida, USA. She trains in Gainesville, Florida under coach Tom Jones. Her hobbies are television, music and movies.
