Does this refer to the Capital Regional District, or just North Saanich? If it is North Saanich alone:

• The "governing body" is not Victoria City Council.
• North Saanich does not even come in contact with the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

North Saanich has its own town council, and the only water it touches is the Saanich Inlet and Strait of Georgia. Should I correct this myself? Nonprof. Frinkus 04:53, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
