North Indian cuisine is a term used to refer to the cuisines found in northern India which includes the twelve Indian states: Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan and the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
