The Nora B-52 is a recent addition to the Serbian arsenal, it serves as a self-propelled artillery piece. Initially the Serbian authorities approached its design bureau in search of a new fast and mobile artillery vehicle it could use to replace older artillery equipment it has in its inventory. The Nora B-52 was designed with a 152 mm field gun-howitzer M84 NORA-A mounted on a FAP-2632 truck. Its test trails have already been completed with great success and enthusiasm from Serbian officers and it has started active production, the first 16 Nora B-52's were delivered in early 2007, the army has already placed orders for more. Serbia has also stated its intent to export the Nora B-52 to mainly Europe with its presentation at the this years annual "Partner 2007" arms fair held in Belgrade.
