I was once a jolly fellow, but then some chum came along and projected his (or maybe her) problems onto me. This caused me a great deal of pain, and I was no longer able to do what I used to do easily. Thus, I was no longer okay.

So it happened that we were all on a hike at the lost coast, and everyone was having a rather good time. Then someone asked me whether I was 'okay' or not after the hike.

I answered the question, "Are you okay?" with a polite, but firm,

"NO I'M NOT OKAY!"

But now, thankfully, I am a bit better. Quite a bit. But okay is too vague. And that's why I don't use it.

Basically an English speaker, with a now more advanced (though still far from native) understanding and usage ability of Spanish and German. However, I am rather knowledgeable when it comes to the varied alphabets and writing systems in Western, Southern, and Eastern Europe. All of this either isn't sutiable to be categorized, or I'm just too lazy to categorize it. Expressing opinions is the very foundation of a democracy. Make sure that you do it, for own and your county's good (if you live in a democracy)/(as long as it dosen't infringe on other's rights, which it often seems to do)
