Noia (in Spanish and in Galician) is a small town and municipality in Galicia, Spain. It has a population of around 15,000, and is situated in the Province of A Coruña, some 20 miles southwest of Santiago de Compostela.
It is the birthplace of Galician writer, María Mariño Carou.
