Nogatco Rd. is the first, and possibly only, album by Kool Keith alter-ego Mr. Nogatco. The title of the album is the reverse of other alter-ego Dr. Octagon. The album also features computer-viewable bonus content such as movies, photos, and comic strips. This release received much attention for Keith in many major publications such as Rolling Stone and Spin magazines. Many fans stated that this was one of his best albums in years.

The album art was created by Gregory Titus.
