As far as I know is Noah Musingku not connected to Francis Ona, who was "King of Me'ekamui" (and not of "King of Papala") and chief-leader of the Bougainville Revolutionary Army / BRA. I edited the corresponding entry. Thanks. Carsten

This article appears imbalanced to me in relation to U-Vistract. Musingku is widely regarded as a conman and fraudster in PNG, and U-Vistract (and another scheme known as Money Rain) caused widespread distress at their peak.
