Nir Oz (Hebrew: ניר עוז‎, lit. Meadow of Strength) is a kibbutz in southern Israel. Located in the north-western Negev desert between Magen and Nirim and covering 20,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 348.

The settlement was founded on 1 October 1955 as a Nahal settlement. Recognised as a kibbutz two months later, the first Hashomer Hatzair graduates arrived in May 1957. As well as agriculture, the kibbutz also has a factory producing building and silicon sealant products and an engineering firm.
