That may be so, but you have no right to remove the article content without allowing a discussion first on the matter. I've replaced the article, including the tag, so that the deletion of the article can be debated as it should be. Personally, I don't think the page justifies a nomination, but we'll consider that on its deletion page. Meanwhile, I'm adding a WikiProject Irish Music tag to this talk page, and will be informing the members of the project about it's nomination. NaLaochra (U|T) 00:49, 3 September 2007 (UTC)


This article seems to be totally an individual's promotion. There is nothing notable about Breslin, that could not be said about other aspirant pop-stars. If he were successful as a recording artist and performer and was well known, then the article could remain, otherwise deletion is appropriate.

"Aspirant pop-star" is an inappropriate description in this case. Breslin and his band are well known in Ireland. He is successful as a recording artist and performer. DoktorDec 22:23, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
