New York State Route 60 is a New York State Route located completely in Chautauqua County, New York. It runs from an intersection with NY 5 in the city of Dunkirk to its terminus at U.S. Route 62 just south of the city of Jamestown.

Municipalities NY 60 runs through include the hamlet of Laona, the villages of Fredonia and Cassadaga, the town of Gerry, and the cities of Dunkirk and Jamestown.

Besides NY 5 and US-62, NY 60 intersects with I-90 (just south of Dunkirk), NY 83 (just south of Fredonia), County Route 380 (twice: north of Jamestown in Kimball Stand, and south of Jamestown in Kiantone), I-86 (just north of Jamestown), NY 430 (within the city of Jamestown) and NY 394 (also within the city of Jamestown).
