New York State Route 178 is a state highway in northern New York, USA. This route is an east-west road, entirely within the western part of Jefferson County, linking the Towns of Adams and Henderson.
The western terminus of NY 178 is at NY 3 by Aspinwell Corners in the Town of Henderson. The eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 11 in the Village of Adams.
