New York State Route 100C is a 1.24-mile long spur route of New York State Route 100 running along the Greenburgh–Mount Pleasant town line. The eastern terminus is at the northern junction of NY 100 and NY 100A. The western terminus as at NY 9A (Saw Mill River Road). NY 100C has a junction with the Sprain Brook Parkway near its eastern terminus. The intersection of 100 and 100A also locates 100A to its northern terminus.^[2]

The western end of NY 100C is where it splits off as Saw Mill Road from NY 9A (Saw Mill River Road). After 0.2 miles, Saw Mill Road continues northwest as unsigned Westchester County Road 303 towards the hamlet of Eastview, while NY 100C turns right onto Grasslands Road. It immediately crosses over NY 9A again at a grade-separated intersection and begins its eastward journey. NY 100C has an interchange with the Sprain Brook Parkway after another 0.9 miles. The route comes to an end at NY 100 and 100A about 200 yards beyond the Sprain Brook interchange.^[2]

NY 100C was established in the 1930 state highway renumbering. It originally ended at Saw Mill Road (modern CR 303), which was then part of old route of NY 9A. NY 9A was later extended north via the Saw Mill River Road. The section of Saw Mill Road north of Grasslands Road became county-maintained while the state-maintained portion of Saw Mill Road between Saw Mill River Road and Grasslands Road was added to NY 100C.^{[citation needed]}
