New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) is a two-year residential community college located in Concord, New Hampshire. The college is part of the New Hampshire Community Technical Colleges and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
[edit] Academics
NHTI offers about 60 Associate's degree, diploma, and certificate programs of study. Majors range from business to engineering to criminal justice, and also include a wide variety of healthcare options, such as nursing, dental hygiene, radiology, and paramedic training.
Under an agreement with the University of New Hampshire, NHTI students can participate in a dual-enrollment program that allows them, upon completion of an associate's degree, to transfer those credits and continue their studies at UNH to earn a Bachelor's degree.
[edit] Campus
NHTI's main campus in Concord comprises a 240-acre (0.97 km²) campus, including several residence halls, and is also home to the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Academy, the Christa McAuliffe Planetarium, and the system offices for the New Hampshire Community Technical Colleges. Approximately 25% of all students live on campus.
