I don't think it is necessary to list every data warehousing appliance competitor on the Netezza page. How many is the right number? 2? 5? 10? I don't know. For now, I reduced it to the two best known ones with the highest revenue per product line. HP Neoview seems interesting given their backing, but I don't see many customers stepping forward yet. Are Panta Systems and Greenplum even above $10 million in revenue (combined) yet? On the face of it, neither appears to be much competition to Netezza yet. Stephenpace 01:22, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
