NPOV because of the last paragraph (now deleted by me):

One of the main critics of Malthusian theory, including its neo-Malthusian version, was Vladimir I. Lenin, the leader of the Bolshevik Party and main architect of the 1917 Communist Revolution that resulted in creation of Soviet Union (see, e.g., Vladimir I. Lenin 1913).

It should rather be mentioned, that marx was one of the main critics - Lenin just used marx' thoughts for his propaganda...
