Naples Municipal Airport (IATA: APFICAO: KAPFFAA LID: APF) is a public airport located two miles (3 km) northeast of the central business district of Naples, a city in Collier County, Florida, United States. It is owned by the City of Naples Airport Authority.[1] The airport provides space for general aviation, as well as mosquito control.

Through a revenue-guaranteeing relationship with Delta Air Lines, the airport offered commercial service provided by Delta Connection, which had 2 daily non-stop flights to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, this service was discontinued on October 1st. After the discontinuation of Delta Connection, Yellow Air Taxi is the only airline that provides service from Naples to Key West. Effective February 14, 2008 Continental Connection provide services to Miami, Tampa and Tallahassee.

Naples Municipal Airport covers an area of 732 acres (296 ha) which contains three runways[1]:

  • Runway 5/23: 5,290 x 150 ft. (1,612 x 46 m), Surface: Asphalt
  • Runway 14/32: 5,000 x 100 ft. (1,524 x 30 m), Surface: Asphalt
  • Runway SW/NE: 1,850 x 100 ft. (564 x 30 m), Surface: Turf

For the 12-month period ending September 30, 2006, the airport had 87,908 aircraft operations, an average of 240 per day: 86% general aviation, 11% air taxi, 3% scheduled commercial and <1% military. There are 414 aircraft based at this airport: 67% single-engine, 22% multi-engine, 7% jet and 4% helicopter.[1]
