This page is not to mooch off Kevin Rudd by way of the 1974 Rudd image. I gained permission for the Kevin Rudd article, and even then it's still iffy as to whether it can be used on wikipedia, there is one fair use rationale which is for Kevin Rudd for which the image directly (primarily) relates to.
