Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare is a video game published by Konami for the PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube, Xbox, and Nintendo DS, featuring the crime-fighting heroes, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It is the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Game that is rated E10+. Although it was released in 2005, when the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show was in its fourth season, the game was based on the third season.

- 4 player action, where four players can all work together and be any of the four turtles.
- Clips from the third season of the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show.
- Collect ninja scrolls to upgrade your turtles and change your combos to customize your turtles.
- Ability to ride hover boards, hanglide, and use other weapons.
- Beating the first episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare unlocks Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time.

- Episode 1 is based on the Space Invaders and Worlds Collide story arcs. The main enemies are the Triceratons, Commander Mozar, and Prime Leader Zanramon (In his Trigolem).
- Episode 2 is based on Bishop's Gambit. The main enemies are Agent Bishop and his creation, Slayer.
- Episode 3 is based on the encounters with the Shredder during Season Three. The main enemies are Shredder, Hun, Karai, Baxter Stockman, Dr. Chaplin, and the Foot Clan.
- Nightmare (Episode 4) is based on Reality Check, Across the Universe, Same As It Never Was, and The Real World. The main enemies are Ultimate Ninja and Drako (fused together to form Ultimate Drako).

After you complete the first episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: 3 Mutant Nightmare you unlock Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time. This game is based on the classic game and also allows 4 players to work together. In this game you go through 5 different periods in time.

- Shuriken-Adds stock to your Shuriken inventory
- Strong- Increases attack ability for a limited period
- Tough- Increases defense ability for a limited period
- Sniper- Unlimited Shuriken for a limited period
- Goldenshield- No damage for a limited time
- Doppelganger- Resurrects on the spot after the HP turns to 0
- Gembu- Gembu attack unleashed when Ougi gauge is full
- Ninja Scroll- Different effects depending on the scroll
