  • It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the image in any way.
  • It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
  • The image is being used in an informative way in the context of a critical and historical discussion of the the television series, and should not detract from the original work.
  • No free or public domain images have been located.
  • The alternative images were of very poor quality and failed to achieve their purpose (e.g., illustrating the way in which Henson operated his Muppets and his working partnership with Frank Oz.)
