It's a beautiful image, yes, but unless you can prove that the photographer, Jim Ryan, died immediately after taking the photo, it's not PD... not until 50 years after he (Ryan) died. See Template:PD-Canada. - TheMightyQuill (talk) 17:43, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
