Mukuuri

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Mûkûûrî is a vast sub-location in Runyenjes Division, Embu District, Kenya, with a population of about 7,000 people. It lies on the green, rolling hills of Mount Kenya slopes. It's home to four public primary schools, including Mûragarî, which is among the oldest schools in Embu and Kîrînyaga districts. The area has produced a good number of leaders from the district scaling national and international heights. The locals still revere church and education.
