[edit] Colouration discrepency?

I'm just noting that the Dom and Rick dom images are entirely identical save for the definite blue colour scheme imposed uppon the latter. Is this appropriate? While it is true that Bandai has opted to mould their Dom and Rick Dom figures and kits in slightly varying shades or purple/blue, the animation has depicted them as being almost exclusively purple in both their terrestrial and space-faring incarnations.

Image:YMS-09 Prototype Dom.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
