I'm going to post this at Polyadenylate polymerase as well, but I think these two enzymes are synonymous. Can an expert check this please? Searching Polyadenylate polymerase at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/thornton-srv/databases/enzymes/ results in a single hit EC 2.1.1.57 which has the name mRNA (nucleoside-2'-O-)-methyltransferase.
