To upload a photo, find the photo you like and save it on your PC.
Then go onto Wikipedia, and click on Upload file in the menu on the left side of your screen. Then, after reading the copyright stuff, click on 'Select file' and find the photo you want. Click on the file. Give it a good title that noone else would have already done.
Give the website address to the site you found the photo on, and if you like add a short description. Choose your copyright type (eg, if it was a screenshot of Zoo Tycoon 2 you'd select 'computer or video game screenshot'.
Select 'Upload file'.

The title for your photo shop be 'Image:(whatever your title was)'. Go to the page you want your picture to be on.
Put in [[Image:(whatever your title is)]]. Then save the page.
If its too big, add a another bit to become: [[Image:(whatever your title is)|thumb]].
If you like you can add a captian, like this: [[Image:(whatever your title is)|thumb|You can write a [[caption]] for your photo here.]].
