Moxy (singer)

Moxy (a.k.a. Mz. Moxy) is the pseudonym of songwriter / vocalist / guitarist Jeanette Keim, as well as being the name used by her band. The music they perform has been described as Lollipop Rock.[1] Her most famous work is a collaboration on the theme song to the Cartoon Network show Ben 10 with writer and producer Andy Sturmer[2] She continues to work with Sturmer as a singer for Cartoon Network Studios. [3]According to her Myspace page, she currently works with producer Dante Mackay and will release her album The Bittersweet Spot in November, 2007. "Cloudy With a Chance of Sunshine" (EP) singles "Sugar" and "Sexy Dream" can be heard now on major local California radio stations and her dance mixes have already made the charts overseas.[4] She is currently managed by On The Ball Artists.[5]As of July 2007, Mz. Moxy also authors the columns, "The Urban Celibate" and "Hankerin" in H Magazine (www.h-monthly.com). [6]
