Mount Pluto, California

Mount Pluto is in the Granite Chief Range near Lake Tahoe, California. The Northstar at Tahoe ski resort covers part of the 2,626 m (8,615 ft) high peak, including has three main ski lifts and many developed ski runs.[1][2]
In the past it has erroneously been reported that Mount Pluto is an extinct volcano. While Mount Pluto has volcanic material on it, it is not an extint volcano.
