Beli Moumouni Dagano (born January 1, 1981 in Ouagadougou) is a Burkinabé football player who is currently playing for FC Sochaux.
He was a member of the Burkinabé 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals.
In June 2006 he underwent surgery of quadriceps tendon. On February 11, 2007 he returned to the pitch against RC Lens [1]
