[edit] Sampling

When I played this song (the remix), my mum started singing along. Now this surprised me because I wasn't aware my mum had ever heard of Chester Bennington, knowing that she only had vague knowledge that Linkin Park actually exists. Anyways, she said that song samples a Duran Duran track although she can't remember which one...so if anyone knows, add it in and maybe let me know too? Thanksh.
