Brac 2005 information added to article - bwmoll

What would be the reasons for the HH-60's to be flying daily over the city? Just wondering. I see them just about everyday.

ALMOST CLOSED IN 1991 Moody AFB was on the initial list of facilities to be closed during the BRAC '91. It was one of only two facilities removed from the list prior to being sent to the President for his "up or down" approval. It was removed because of a the efforts of the local community task force. This task force was unusual at this time but due to its success, it has been copied by other communities when they want to preserve their bases ReverieHikes 23:27, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
