Moorland School is an independent day and boarding school situated in the Ribble Valley, Clitheroe in North West England. The original building is a listed building, situated in 15 acres of countryside.

Moorland School teaches a range of traditional academic subjects. The subjects on offer include English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, Double Award Science, Triple Award Science, Statistics, Geography, History, French, German, Spanish, Physical Education, Art, CDT, Religious Studies and Information Technology.

Moorland School adopts a traditional prefect system. Students in year 11 are selected to become prefects and take on a responsibility in the school. Head Boy Paul Butterfield and Head Girl Phyllis Lau are the current head of prefects.

The school offers a range of sports, including badminton, basketball, fencing, football, netball, skiing and volleyball.
