Montenegrin Party (Serbian: Црногорска Партија / Crnogorska Partija) a Montenegrin minority political party in Serbia. The party is based in the town of Novi Sad in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. Its goal is to represent the interests of the Montenegrin minority and its members in the National, Provincial and Municipal Assemblies.

The party is led by Nenad Stevović. After collecting 11,111 signatures, surpassing the required amount of 10,000 signatures, the Montenegrin Party was registered as a minority list in the upcoming 11 May general elections.

The Montenegrin Party was founded in 2008 and was registered as a political party in the Serbian Ministry of Justice on 22 February 2008, becoming the first official Serbian political party to represent the Montenegrin minority in Serbia.
