[edit] Wikipedia:The Wikipedia United Front
Project/org created by a new editor that unnecessarily duplicates efforts made by groups such as Wikipedia:Esperanza, Wikipedia:Mediation Cabal, Wikipedia:Welcoming Committee, Wikipedia:Association of Member Advocates, and Wikipedia:Kindness Campaign. Tijuana Brass¡Épa!-E@ 02:07, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Delete. Seems to be a duplication of Wikipedia:Community Justice. Cicero Dog recently disruptively edited the CJ talk page and seems to now be created a near-replica of it that he controls. Unitl[sic] enough members join to hold these elections the founder [aka: Cicero Dog] is acting-chancellor and has the final say. - Pureblade | Θ 02:15, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- (Edit conflict) Delete as instruction creep. I'm sure everyone has good intentions, but these community organizations are starting to get out of control. Perhaps the page should be kept and tagged as historical, but it is certainly not necessary to continue duplicating the efforts of the many existing organizations mentioned above. --TantalumTelluride 02:19, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Delete. Arrrgh, how much of this nonsense must we put up with? Please go write some articles instead.--Sean Black 03:08, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Delete, very bad knock-off. I don't think this can be even described as instruction creep. Go write some articles. feydey 09:13, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Delete. This doesn't add anything to the various conflict resolution systems already in place. --Hughcharlesparker 09:29, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Delete Why do people keep creating duplicate organisations? - • The Giant Puffin • 09:58, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Delete per above. Mackensen (talk) 11:07, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

- Comment I really do love you people. You really musn't be so judgemental tho' "very bad knock-off" my dear sir, what an offensive comment. Please tone it down a little. If you wish the people shunned by wikipedia to have no voice by all means state your case. Please, however, do not attack my work. thank-You. Cicero Dog 13:02, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Delete; unnecessary duplication of effort. RasputinAXP c 13:34, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

- It'd be nice if everyone commenting here left their reasoning, for the benefit of the closing admin. Admittedly, this one looks like being pretty slam-dunk ... fuddlemark (befuddle me!) 16:13, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- This appears to be a clone of Community Justice, only with a different group of people (or person, as the case may be) in charge. Now, I'm all for certain Wikipedians to simply hang around electing each other all day, but there has to be a point where we say "enough! We don't even want one of these groups around, why should we wish to see forks as well?" fuddlemark (befuddle me!) 16:13, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Delete as an obvious derivational construct: didn't we already take down The United Front for the Liberation of Wikipedia? …and as for The Wikipedians' Liberated Frontal Union, probably the least said the better… HTH HAND —Phil | Talk 16:36, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

- comment really what lovely names! why was i not informed of these groups! Cicero Dog 17:21, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Because you didn't make them up yourself. I believe he was poking fun at you by making reference to a scene in The Life of Brian. Strong delete per nominator and per Pureblade. "Wait -- I thought we were the Popular Front of Wikipedia!" Barno 19:02, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

- Comment. Darn, I thought about making that sarcastic comment 10 hours ago, but I thought no one would get that. Nice. feydey 21:24, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
