Wikipedia is not a free webhost. user page is not a personal homepage, nor is it a blog. Examples of unrelated content include recording your non-Wikipedia activities Ultra! 21:57, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- Comment without getting into a other crap exists argument, it does and is categorized. While I think some go over the top, I don't think there's anything wrong with this one adn you're going to have a lot of MfDs to file if you're going to suggest getting rid of them all. TravellingCarithe Busy Bee 22:56, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- I agree with the above. There are tons of userboxen in userspace, and the nominator seems to dislike them in general. There is nothing wrong with this one. If you want to get rid of userspace-hosted boxen this is not the place. seresin ( ¡? ) 22:59, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- Keep. The userbox guidelines allow a user to express what he or she "drives, eats, edits, enjoys, likes, loves, plays, reads, speaks, understands, uses, and watches" via userboxes. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 04:35, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Keep per metropolitan's comment. This sort of userbox is allowed. If nominator thinks that this sort of userbox should not be allowed, he ought to raise consensus at proper forums like Wikipedia_talk:Userboxes or Wikipedia:Village pump (policy). MfD shouldn't override this consensus without a good reason. --Enric Naval (talk) 15:13, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Comment I added it at Wikipedia:Userboxes/Games/Computer_and_video_games#Other --Enric Naval (talk) 15:13, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Keep run of the mill userbox. -- Ned Scott 07:16, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- Keep there is no reason to delete it, starting with the fact that this is not the place to suggest the deletion. It is remarkable that there are tons of userboxes that describe other stuff besides wikipedia and nobody complains about them. A userpage with userboxes is not a example of a web profile like myspace, I believe that using the userboxes is displaying the user´s interests and the page he/she contributes. --ometzit<col> (talk) 18:49, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- Âctually, MfD is the correct place for discussing the deletion of userboxes and user pages. Please notice that only the userbox itself is nominated, and not the whole user page --Enric Naval (talk) 14:50, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
- Keep. Userpage guidelines has been quoted out of context by nominator - the full text of the quoted rationale is "a weblog ... recording your non-Wikipedia activities" (userboxes are not weblogs). This userbox falls well-within the acceptable userbox guidelines. xenocidic ( talk ¿ review ) 18:54, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
- Also of note is that both Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:UBX/diet and WP:Miscellany for deletion/User:UBX/BurgerKing were speedily kept as userfied userboxes are given a wide degree of freedom.... xenocidic ( talk ¿ review ) 20:39, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
- Keep. This userbox is not disruptive, and I believe such self-identification tools encourage WP participation. Noca2plus (talk) 04:14, 27 May 2008 (UTC)

- Keep— I fail to see the difference between this userbox and other boxes. Not to ALLORNOTHING, but what's the difference between this and, say, {{User:UBX/chess}}, {{User:Llama man/Userboxes/Bagels}} and {{User:Cradel/User Color Green}}. They're all basic and random, but fun nontheless. Is this userbox really doing any harm? --Mizu onna sango15/水女珊瑚15 19:51, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
- Keep. Wow. This does not violate userpage policy. It is not an example of using Wikipedia as a webhost. It is not being used as a weblog. It's a userbox. Hopefully, this not herald another Userbox Wheelwar. Cheers, Dlohcierekim 01:20, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
