[edit] Re: Tom Cruise

Original here.

He was part of an in-show promo for Gives Back. I thought I still had it on DVR but apparently not. It was a black-and-white promo that also featured Antonio Banderas amongst others. - Dudesleeper · Talk 00:22, 28 April 2007 (UTC)

It was the results episode. I wasn't the person who first added Cruise to the article, so either two of us are hallucinating, or... he actually appeared. Kind of hard to believe, I know... - Dudesleeper · Talk 00:29, 28 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Elimination Chart! - Thanks so much!

Hi MissMJ. You've done a great job at formatting the table. You've fixed all of the problems that I was having trouble fixing with and it's basically just how I wanted it too look like. I think the main problem in the chart is that there are soo many contestants; if there is any change it requires all the position of the contestants on the table to change. You seem very skilled with tables, I just find Wiki Tables very complicated at times to understand while editing. I think there should be some additional program that converts something like an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet table into a Wikipedia table with ease. Again, thanks soo much. You're a star! -- Bhavesh.Chauhan Message Me | Contribs 03:05, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Punctuation

I noticed you were doing some punctuation editing on several articles with song names. I just wanted to point out that for song names, the punctuation goes outside of the quotes. See Wikipedia:WikiProject_Music/MUSTARD#Punctuation and User:Wasted_Time_R for more info. JYi 23:13, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Could you help me?

There are several users who insist on putting non-free use pictures into the Jordin Sparks article. It's a very clear policy violation (I have the reasons on the Sparks talk page). I'm about to take the picture out. But I'm also about to go to bed. If you could monitor it, I'd be most appreciative. Thanks. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 15:56, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

Thank you. :) Yeah it's a tricky one. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 01:48, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your GA nomination of San Francisco 49ers

The article San Francisco 49ers you nominated as a good article has failed , see Talk:San Francisco 49ers for reasons why the nomination failed. If or when these points have been taken care of, you may apply for a new nomination of said article. If you oppose this decision, you may ask for a review.

[edit] Assessment of SFBA articles

First of all thanks for your continuing assessment of SFBA articles. This assessment work is an important function. May i suggest that some of the articles you are rating "start" may be more advanced than your ratings indicate. For example, the article The Marine Mammal Center is a clear "B" and arguably a candidate for "GA". Please read the SFBA articles Antioch Bridge, Alice Waters and Albany Hill, all of which are "start" class rated and properly so. You may also want to review the guidelines for the various classes. Note particularly the breadth of coverage, well-written criteria, extent of referencing and use of photos. If you have any questions i should be happy to discuss this matter. Once again, thanks for your energy in pursuit of this important task. Best regards. Anlace 01:07, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome

Hi, MissMJ, and welcome to WikiProject
San Francisco Bay Area
!

We are a growing community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to identifying, categorizing, and improving articles relevant to the Bay Area. Here are some points that may be helpful:

  • Our main aim is to help improve Bay Area-related articles, so if people ask for help with an article, please try your hardest to help them if you are able.
  • Most important discussions take place on the project's main discussion page. It is highly recommended that you watchlist it.
  • The project has several ongoing and developing activities, such as article quality assessment, which you are welcome to participate.
  • Our system for improving lower-quality articles is Jumpaclass. If you'll be editing stub, start, or B-class articles, consider using Jumpaclass to track your progress.
  • If you have another language besides English, please consider adding yourself to our translation section, to help us improve our foreign Bay Area topics.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask on the talk page, and we will be happy to help you.

Again, welcome! We hope you enjoy working on this project.

[edit] AI deletion debate

See Here. Trying to delete articles for Scarnato, Glocksen, Sligh, Rogers and Edwards. Input appreciated. Hopefully at some point, the every-4-month-AI-AfD-votes will cease. :) --WoohookittyWoohoo! 09:19, 9 August 2007 (UTC)

Response here.
Honestly, I don't think you need to be versed in the guidelines and processes. Just whether you think they should be kept or not. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 05:39, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Dance

Nigel named 4 alternates. :) added them. Btw, we have charts of dances, partners, etc on Sabra, Neil, Lacey and Danny. Not sure if we need others or not. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 06:57, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

My guess is that Cedric isn't being brought along because of being at Debbie Allen's school. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 06:58, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The one deleting the AI pictures

User is User:Cinemaniac86. Left him a message. Apparently he thinks that showing pictures shows "favoritism". --WoohookittyWoohoo! 16:03, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Could you do me a favor?

Please watchlist Josiah Leming. It's got "fancruft" written all over it. I'm not even sure he is notable enough for an article. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 11:28, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Response here.
I think the argument against deletion is going to be that he's been covered extensively by the national media. Not saying I agree with it but the keep people will say that he passes WP:MUSIC due to that. That's why I was hesitant to put it up. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 15:20, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
Oi. We deserve combat pay. :) Every year, same stuff. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 15:31, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
I put Josiah Leming up for deletion. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 04:04, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Hey

The Graphic Designer's Barnstar
For converting a crapload of files to .svg when I needed it. —  scetoaux (T|C) 19:09, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks

The Special Barnstar
For being so cheerful, helpful and technically awesome at Graphics Lab. Dhatfield (talk) 14:04, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

This should probably be a Barnstar of Good Humour, but we can't have an ugly Barnstar on a Wikigraphists page :) Nice to be able to learn from a pro. Dhatfield (talk) 14:04, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
