Hard to say, but in the film is Kananga an alter ego of Big or is Big an alter ego of Kananga? Haha. Does it matter? K1Bond007 03:23, Jan 14, 2005 (UTC)

Not sure how much it matters, but I'd say Big is the alter ego. Certainly until they're revealed as the same Kananga is the more important of the two. Timrollpickering 16:32, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
I would say that Kananga is the actual one and Big is the invention. It is telling that Kananga rips off his "Mr. Big" face rather than the other way around. Also, the two identities have far different Education sets, and since it is hard to pretend that you are smarter than you really are (especially as a head of state. Admitedly a corrupt one, but still..)ELV
