[edit] Good Article?
This article is probably close to qualifying as a Good article. That link will tell you the qualifications and how to nominate an article. The most important thing that I see that needs to be added is some images. Perhaps a photo of the front of the school, as well as images of the school's logo and/or mascot. You might ask WikiProject Schools for some assistance. BlankVerse 06:50, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Cruel and unnessicary
I this description "Sabrina Sloan, Former American Idol Contestant who lost everything and cried like a baby when she did." really needed. I am a currently a high school student at Mission Viejo, and I don't really fell this should be there. I will delete, but if I am wrong about it, and is fine; put it back up. [edit] What a Crock!!!
Where are the sources about the CIF Championship Football swaping Incident? Clicking on the link gives you a paragraph, with no details, and then you have to pay for the rest, that is not a source, If this site is free its, sources should also be free. However if you were to contact the Register, as well as the Coaches of Hart High school, and Mission Viejo High School, I am sure you will be amazed to find out that Hart High School coach knew of the ball switch, long before the game, and never rasied a complaint, this is also why he never filed a pettion to have Mission stripped of the Title. Both schools hated using the Spalding ball, as it is very inferior ball, compaired to the Wilson ball. Had the ball not been switched, the outcome of the game, may of changed only because the play would have been much sloppier. With the ball switch we saw one of the best games ever in CIF History a 10-9 grudgematch Mission Victory. Both teams played supurb.
Second the soruce article about 75% of Missions starters living outside of Mission's Attendence area, does not give any facts about where players lived what so ever. Unless you want to pay for the article, and even than, there may not be anything. However California Department of Education states a student may attend any high school they wish. However ther will be no interdistirct transportation. So it is the students reponsibility, to get him, or her self to school on time. I also happen to know several of Mission's starters all of which live on my street, Maximus, in Mission Viejo, CA, well inside of missions attendence area.
Thye person who sourced this article should be made to back it up, by providing the entire article.
[edit] So it's a crock if you dont agree?
Just because you have to pay to read the article does not make it untrue. The Orange County Register is out to make a profit and will not allow a non-subscriber to search it's database. The problem is I knew you Diablo fanatics would cry if I didn't provide a certified source for Coach Bob Johnson caught cheating. So once again you guys try to cheat and say yank the story...WRONG! The source I used is a verfied media source...The CIF website confirms that your program cheated and was punished (Very Lightly Might I Add)and it will stay up. [edit] Schools Controlling their Wikipedia Pages
I dont think that schools have a jurisdiction over what students post on their own time, and at their own homes. Some teachers at mission think that they can threaten students with saturday schools or detentions for changing facts on the wiki article. (Or adding facts about the school that they dont like.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.100.95.92 (talk) 18:12, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
