Not only that the revoking of the pardon was no success for the civil society, but it was a deadly blow to it. The backbone of the civil society are the trade-unions, aren't they? Miron Cozma IS a political prisoner. That sounds bad for the Romanian democracy.

He was the leader of the miners that killed people.

And the media lynching of Cozma stinks evn worse. The Romanian tv's grossly manipulated the informations mixing scenes from 1991 with other from June 14 1990, when Cozma was no trade union leader at all. Gh. Zbaganu
