The Minglanilla National Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Minglanilla) is a Secondary Public Science High School system located in Poblacion Ward 1, Minglanilla, Cebu Minglanilla, Cebu, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school.

In 1996, with Mrs. Carmencita Denampo as Supervisor for both the high school and elementary department, founded the school and named the Minglanilla Science and Technology School. Still under Mrs. Denampo's reign, it was renamed Minglanilla School of the Future. In 1998, when Mrs. Denampo was promoted, Mrs. Rosita Sanico took over, and it was in her time that the high school and elementary department were separated. Hence, it was named the Minglanilla National Science High School. In the year 2000, Mrs. Leonida T. Lofranco took office until she move in the Division office. However, the changing of names is not enough to measure the school's development. It also takes growth, progress, and achievements.
From an enrollment of 31 high school students in 1996, the MNSHS is now proud to have a student population of 265; from a one-section school, the MNSHS now has two for each year level; from a beginning of one- classroom setting within the premises of the Minglanilla Central School, The MNSHS now has nine classrooms, one computer laboratory, and her own campus; from a couple of dedicated teachers, the MNSHS now has a competent teaching staff of 10 faculty members and a Principal. In 2002, three teachers was added from the original seven faculty. Ms. Marivic Posadas - Physics - Mathematics major, Ms. Nebril Susana - a Physics and Chemistry major and Mr. Jobette Escobanas - a Math and Computer major.
The two classrooms was donated by Rubber World through Cebu Chinese Chambers and Industry last school year 2003. It is now the house of Faculty Room, Principal Office and Uranium section. Another rooms was constructed during summer of 2005. President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo with the helps of DPWH donated these classrooms right after the end of election. In the same summer, the computer laboratory is improved with the new tiles. Networking and large TV output was donated by the PTCA through Mrs. Milagros Del Socorro. In 2006, the school represent Region VII in STEP National Competition. They brought the 2nd placer award in Newsletter Designing.
In mid-year of school year 2004 Mrs. Leonida T. Lofranco was promoted as science supervisor hence Ms. Evangelina C. Largo took charge of the administration as school care taker. Then in 1996, Mrs. Eutiquia Alday took over the administration.
In 2006, The PTA finished the cementing of badminton court, complete the stage, campus fencing, added two computers and other laboratory equipments. The school was noted in 2004 for ranking as among top public school (120th NAT ranking) in the Philippines.
